Hi!

We completed on our property in Villamartin, in January and so far couldn't be more pleased even though we have only actually stayed in the apartment for one night! Due to go over again next week and can't wait! think we have been really lucky (apart from the euro rate which meant it cost us about £7k more than we had planned for!). Everything seemed to go very smoothly - used Parador and they couldnt have been more helpful and everybody from the furniture people to the staff at Solbank to the prospective neighbours have been great! At the moment we do nothing but talk about Spain and are probably boring everybody around us!

So glad all went well for you. We like happy stories!

We bought in Formentera last year but the excitement still hasn't waned. Hoping to move there permanently this year with a bit of luck and the wind behind us.
