Genius Bar at Apple Marbella

Hi,

I bought an i phone 6 or was upgraded to one last week via vodafone. It doesn't work or connect to wifi or 3/4G. Vodafone can send it away but suggested it would be better to go to genius bar in Marbella La Canada. I am told I need an appointment which I can make online. I cannot for the life of me get onto cita previa apple genius bar to make appointment - only on to home page. Can anyone send a link please ... thanks in advance, Jane

This is worth a try.

Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.

Why not call them at La Canada? they have English speakers 952760800

Thank you the phone is now with Vodafone so waiting for a call although I still think it would be easier to go online and make an appointment with Apple .. just find out how is the problem .. I have been into Genius bar tab on apple website for marbella but nowhere to make appointment thanks anyway
