Car boots in spain

Hi, In england if you want to do a car boot you just turn up and sell. Im thinking it's not as easy as that in Spain, Do you need any paper work or nie numbers etc ?.

If you want to "do" a car boot in Spain, just drive like every other Spaniard - sooner or later the car in front will have to brake for some reason, and you'll be far too close to avoid its boot!
