Long Term Rental Wanted Valle de Sol Murcia

 Does anyone know of or have a 3 bed Valle del Sol villa (pref with a pool) that they would like to rent out on a long term let.  Good tenant, both partners with full time jobs.  No pets, non smokers with a proper tenancy agreement.

How much are they looking to spend per month?

The going rate ... between 500 and 700 for a really nice villa with a pool, big plot off road parking and everything else on my wish list!
