Long term rental required in Manilva, La Duquesa, Sabinillas area

I have some friends who have to move out of their home by the middle of next month. They are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom property with a garden preferably as they have a dog. I have just had a look at the long term rental section on eos and am surprised at how few properties are listed, especially because there are so many empty properties around here and it costs very little to advertise your property here... I think it's just 47 per year, is that right Justin? Anyway if anyone does know of a suitable property to rent out please list it and pm me. Thanks.
