Long term rent in Santa Maria

Hello,

I'm thinking in renting an apartment in Santa Maria Green Hills. I'd like to know if someone rents an apartment there, maximum 500 €, 2 bedrooms. I don't know if it's a good idea to rent there. I would be very pleased if someone will inform me about the state of conservation of the building. I don't really know if it's a good idea to rent there.

I  don't live in Greenhills but sometimes walk the dogs nearby. Everything seems to be OK,  The apartments are very nice but you do need a car if you rent there. Nearby is Santa Maria Village, similar apartments. I think 600 would be more the rental cost. If you prefer to be closer to the shops, have a look at Los Jardines de Santa Maria, or Los Patios. I have a friend that has a one bedroomed apt in Los Patios, 500 I think. contact me again if interested.

Frankly, I interested in an apartment in Elviria, in general. Los patios o Jardines would be a good option too but I need a two bedroom apartment, because I'll live there with my wife and ours two children. If your friend has an apartment of two bedrooms I'd really interested in visit. I work as a lawyer so I'm solvent. I could see the apartment tomorrow.
