Hi all

Just completed on a 2 bed in phase4, Block 2.

Can anybody confirm - is water and electricty available now from the utility company or are people generally still on builders supply ?

Has anybody got a good understanding or water & electricty costs (and any others). I have several deductions so far from my account for water which I don't understand and have not seen a bill for (not in Spain currently so it may be in the mailbox)

Welcome to Arenal Golf Phase 4.

We went on to individually metered water three weeks ago. Your lawyer should have arranged this for you. Although we're still on builder's electricity, some people have been notified that they will be moving over to individually metered electricity in the near future.

If you have had direct debits taken out by the water company, the larger fee is the connection charge ,and the smaller is their estimated cost of your first two month supply.
