Hi, Just wondering does anyone have any update on BLOCK 4??

Has anyone that has moved into their appartment received any form of compensation for the long delays??

Hi Noel,

No compensation I'm afraid ,although some people have been given 32" LCD TVs.

As far as we're aware, the occupation licences for Blocks 4&5 were applied for at the beginning of March so should be through any day now, however completions on Blocks1,2&3 are going slowly and they got their occupation licences at the end of December.

As yet we can only see signs of occupation in15 out of a total of around 160 apartments in these Blocks.

I waited 6 weeks after moving in for the tv and its a 37inch LCD i asked the guy if we were all having one due to late delivery of apartments but he told me only the first 25 people to sign would get one  So unless you have a letter or word from your solicitor to say you will have one it looks like you miss out  . He also said as the lifts are not working futher TV deliverys would be left at site office for them to sort out  delivery

myself i cant see them doing that as it would mean helping us something they dont seem able to do . 

its like well we have your money you have your apartment sort out your own problems

the delivery note you must sign offers it as a free gift from developers and in no way states it for late delivery of apartments   OH, and make sure you have  an ariel wire as it not privided with tv
