when you are actually a purchaser of a property at SADM I will gladly exchange banter and usefull information to aid you in getting you property. Although you may be purchaser of another San Jose site you have absolutley nothing to do with SAMD so thanks for your input although it be twisted and bitter from your history in buying in Albertera it is of no use to myself.
As for my historical reference it is a fact that Propergnder was used by Dr. Gorbells I love history and If you were incharge in 1939 instaed of Winston we would all be speaking German now. I have in all my dealings on this site been positive and impartial with the information that I put on. And find your abuse of this forum repugnant to say the least. The trouble is it means i will have to watch your dealings even more closely now, your biased attitude could really make a difference to having a reasonable outcome to this mess.

may I thank you for your support I will do all that I can to reach that goal we all have set which is to get our houses built where we want , to be with a community that works for each other not just for the individual but always with the individual in mind.
I will state here and Now that I will be apart of SARC as a member I do not wish to stand for commitee or what ever title they end up with but will always be willing to get involved with any roles or assistance and support that they might request of myself or Mags my better half. This is to make it clear I am not doing this just for my own self importance as I am quite secure in who, where and what I am and do.

Look.....I dont mind anyone working tirelessly, i want a house on a golf course in Spain, i paid for it 5 years ago and look where that got me.
If i thought you had any chance of getting me my house i would be joining in, i respect you trying and even wish you well.
The problem is....if your campaign affects me getting my cash and getting on with my life and having fun and playing golf with me mates, you have someone who can stick up for himself, just like Churchill did...If i read things that go public that may go against my ambition or is not factual, then get ready because i will tell you, regardless of what you might try and say or even when you try to get personal. It says more about you than it does about me.
And...i have nothing else to do for the rest of the day......i done my garden, played golf with me mates and have my family here at home. I can watch the paint dry here on your site for a bit so go on...do yer worst.....

People on this thread want their houses just like you wanted yours at Albertera Golf when you paid your deposit, maybe Jumilla will happen or maybe it won't but those of us that want to try are no threat to you or your investment so why don't you get off this forum and spend your time helping your fellow purchasers on the Albatera Golf forum with your wise words.

As I said before the people that want their houses pose no threat to you, go pay your lawyer and get your money if that's what you want but let the rest of us try and get our homes.

Dont have the time or inclination anymore.
Read it from friday night forwards, the crux of it is..........publishing information in newspapers that suggest the money received from administration will be very low and getting the house is the best result. Its not based on fact and im concerned people reading it may take us for a ride if they think we will accept a low dividend. I posted to say dont do it and be carefull.....fair enough isnt it......It turned into crap from there.
Mate?....used in all contexts, course its friendly......be glad im not from Sheffield......they would say 'dont start duck', dont mean your going to fly off does it.

I could be wrong but I think SAdM is Herrada del Tollo whereas Albatera is SJ. They are 2 different companies administratively being dealt with by different courts with different administrators so the outcome for SAdM and Albatera in the legal sense could be very different .
