we too have been to visit the site nov 23 work is going well but patricia has told us all the properties that are ready in march will not get the habitation licence until dec time. we have bought on phase five she said it would be ready in dec but we would have to wait for licence to come through before we could move in. we went to see our solicitor and she says that this is right the licence could take a long time to be granted everything on the phase has to be finished before a licence is granted. we met another couple there who was told the same so we all came away not very happy.
