Have just posted a message to you under another "thread", so don't know if you have already read it there!!
Anyway, seen your message and myself and my husband and another couple we know are all going out to meet the builders on 27th October with a view to buying on phase 3. Would be great to know who you're buying through, is it the builders or through an estate agent?
