Could anyone let me know how much the community charges and utilities charges are please?
We are purchasing a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom corner apartment on the first floor in Phase 2, Block 8 at Arenal Golf.
We received some information from our solicitor but would like it in Plain English so we know the exact amount to budget for.
I was told that if we rent out the apartment long term we would pay the community charge but not the water and electricity charges.
