is it true that there will be a seven star in condado which is the same as the one in dubai.

I have heard this rumour before but have not heard anything official and I cant help think it sounds a bit far fetched. I can see no benefit to a luxury hotel chain to put such a high profile business in Mazarron! The area does not have the business links or local amenities to support a super luxury hotel and it's clientel.

Having said that - I hope i'm wrong!

 

Personally I think it makes a lot of sense. The new airport will be very close to Condado and all the 4 airlines currently operating into San Javier have said they will be transferring and also increasing their route roster to the new airport. The knock on effect with the current road and infrastructure improvements will lead to Mazarron becoming a very popular resort and more importantly Condado will be at the hub of the growth. I think anyone who has got in early at Condado (not me unfortunately) is on to a winner.

All the hotels on the polaris resorts will be 5* owned by the Intercontinental group.
