Can anyone help please? We started a case with the above to reclaim our money back from Santander in 2017, we won our 2 hearings. In 2020 we were told the judge had ruled in our favour but the bank has appealed and it could take up to 18 months. Then in January 2021 we received a call from them saying the money would be in our bank by March that year. When we didn't receive it we contacted them and were told again (in writing) that Santander had appealed to the Supreme Court on 18/01/21 and that it would take up to 3 years but more likely 2. As we have still not heard from Spanish Legal Reclaims, we have chased them yet again, only to be told that 'the appeal to the Supreme Court can take at least 3 years and they are still waiting' We went through them because there was a very positive article in the Guardian about their success rates. We just keep getting fobbed off over and over again. We have already spent too much money fighting our case. Please can anyone advise? Thank you
