Hi , we have had our prelimary court hearing which went well for return of deposit and first downpayment.
Our main court hearing is in November and the opposing party have requested that we attend the courts in Alicante for interrogation!
Has anyone been thrugh this? and if so what questions were asked.
They have also asked for our uk Tax return for 2005 which is proving very hard to obtain.
Why would they want this? Solicitors say its imperative that we attend. Even though they have POA.
Any thoughts please?
