You might manage a few weeks in the summer holidays, but there's a lot of houses on site that are available to let, but most only manage a few weeks in the summer, if that.  Once the site is completed and has full facilities, it may be a better bet.

Whenever I talk to people about letting my response is always the same, don't rely on rental income to finance a property or the amount of work required to get rentals

I believe that there will be good potential onsite, once the facilities are developed, I hear now there are plans to re-open the shop, the course is open and next the community pool and bar

hi all just to clarify the "community pool " we have no community pool the one in the pool bar is privatly owned and you have to pay to use it..........dennis

hi the pool at the pool bar is a  pool that belongs to the bar and has never been a comunity pool...if you wish to use it then you can but it will cost you to do so

Hi, 

You must remember if you let a property for profit then there are lots of rules etf.  Heath and safety and in spain you would if not resident incur higher tax costs.  Which would be very hard to cover your running costs .   You'd need a very high occupancy and I would guess until Sierra Golf  is on the map household likely get intermittent bookings.  

We have never had a problem with the pool.and bar as it is same as the other bar and golf a business.  We and our friends and family have all enjoyed using in all seasons.  

We don't yet know what it will cost for swimming or what the pool bar will offer as in food and entertainment.  I'm sure Holly and .Urmosa have their own ideas.  

It will be good to have that asset bAck up and running with the other two bars and the new shop.
