03 May 2011 20:52:hi all i must say that i have no problem with any action this man may take .i have several e-mails he sent to me when he first said he would not get my licence..let me enlighten you all firstly i paid this man and his company over 38,000 euros to do my work ,the pool licence was just part of it .he came to me after a man on sierra golf asked me to get him a quote for a pool ,steve then said he started the work for him but when someone else got the job he told me as i was his friend he would no longer get my licence,i said to him as i did not owe him he should take it up with the person who he said owed him money.i recieved a e-mail from im stating the reasons why my pool licence would not be got for me,i also had a e-mail from his office stating if i tried to cause him trouble he would report me for not paying the iva which was over 5,700 euros .he also sent me the contract that he said was legal for my friend .i still have all the paper work and e-mails that he sent ..ask him these questions ..why could we not pay him a cheque for more than 3,000 euros ..why was other peoples names went on the cheques .why does he not put the iva onto the contract he uses ....he told me once that he was going to send some blokes to see to me in the middle of the night..as yet only 2 people have a licence for the pool and neither one was got by him....i have also spoken to his partner at the time who confirms that iva was included in the price......i will stand by what i have said and the only way i will stop is if he pays me the 650 euros that i have had to spend extra to get my poollicence........dennis
