Sue, Thanks for the photos!!!!!  Its great to see an update. Things have been quiet for awhile. Its a ptiy that the weather couldnt have been nicer !

Pat, I go again May 22-24 with Karen and our friend Kathy so we will miss each other again. Hopefully I will get another trip later in the year

I hear that we have two pubs now so I must take a few photos to post to our site

Thanks for the photo's, its quite unbelievable at the change since we first went out there in November. 

We are planning to hopefully go out in May for a few days, but have nothing planned yet and will certainly be spending a week during August, will probably see if there are some apartments for rent in Formentera so we can get a better feel of the area.

Can't wait until phase 3 kicks in.

Hi Guys,

I have loaded some new photos's, once phase two has reached atico then phase three of the build will begin. 

Pat your phase of the build is going great, got to say the builders work hard.

They have said they are slightly behind because of the winds which has caused difficulty when using the big cranes, but they do not expect this to alter the original completion date.

Tried out both the spainish and irish bar - like the fact there is a dual entrance to both.

Hello All,

I have more photos but my computer is having trouble downloading them from the camera. I will try from someone elses computer and see if i have more luck.

The builders are working really hard and you can see a difference every day.

Well your not going to beleive it! but today I got our original bank guarantee from our solicitor!!! Palacios said that do not give BG's as they are a reputable company ( even though it is a legal requirement that it is included in the contract without charge). Also they say they will only give one if they are asked for one.

We have a copy of ours, with the original held with the solicitor, apparently the original has to go back to the builder on completion !!

Hi Guys

I have posted some photo's for you.  Development is coming on well.  Queried the completion date, and they confirmed May is the target date with a few of us buying earlier they aim for that date but could go a couple of months over, which I won't be to be pleased with.  The December 08 completion is supposed to be those who buy now but by the looks of it they are just working their way through the development, not picking out when who has bought.
