Hi everyone, sorry if this has been asked and answered already but my parents are at our apartment and just informed me about now having to have wrist bands to enter the pool. I've not managed to get out there over the last year so this is news to me. It seems a good idea as my parents have been told "outsiders" have been using the facility. Where do I get these bands from? Will I need any proof of ownership/renting? I'm coming out on saturday for 8 days and some friends are going out for a week after so any information so I could pass it on would be great, cheers.

Hiya

the bands are at the security gate you just need proof of ownership/ID. If community fees are up to date they will issue you the bands.

you should email resortalia and get onto the emailing system you will receive a news letter every couple of weeks with updates as to what is happening on the site. They also have a website.

http://tltgr.org/7.html - web page I think ?!?!

tlt@resortalia.com - email address

Hope helps x

Hi there. Just reading this thread as thinking of investing in property on terrazas. However, as myself and my friend both have families I read somewhere that rules regarding the swimming pools stated no jumping or diving and no inflatables/lilos to be used. Is that correct ?

as we have young children, this will be a tough line to enforce and will definitely be a factor in the decision process on whether to purchase or not.

Many thanks

Hi you will find most resorts adere to these rules on paper probably a health safety issue but in reality have never seen anyone enforcing said rules as long as no one is doing anything foolish which may cause harm to them selfselfs or other pool users and maybe a issue in peak weeks when the pools will be busy where commonsense will dictate such actions I wouldn't worry about it I have seen children  jumping and diving into the pools and using lnflatables
