Council tax

Whre is teh town hal ?

I believe this is were we are mant to pay the council tax ??

My Sol has said he can do it all for a fee of 70 euros is it worh it or is it straight forward enough to do yourself ??

I have a place on la torre, DONT PAY ANYBODY TO DO IT  go to  Torre Pacheco Town Hall with your property details have you had a bil sent to you, i paid mine last week it  takes 2 mins if you have a bill,

Dont worry they will send you one when they are ready, my first property on la torre i did not get one for 2 years.

How do we get a bill if we've no post boxes & we're at home???

 Council tax fees are due around September / October. Go to the Town Hall with your apartment details. Take any utility bill as additional evidence of residence. They will sort you out and should be able to pay on the spot.

I can provide location details of the town hall if anyone needs it.

We took over our property in June 2010 but the 1st bill wasn't available until Sept 2011.
