We bought our pergola from roda back in 2008.the price then was a massive 2700 euros.We felt it was a bit of a rip off but is still looking good after almost 4 years,

do you know if roda still do them?

We had our "summer kitchen" roofed over by the company recommended (promoted) by the Roda office back in 2009. We just found out they didn't apply for a licence & now tell us the licence wasn't included in the price (well over 3,000) & they want 1,600 more to get the licence.

I would avoid H&M like the plague!! We have had them back 3 times to stop the rain coming in as well!!

Any recommendations for who can apply for our licence for a reasonable fee?

What is the licence you are talking about, we never heard any mention of a licence , we have receipts for our pergola drawn up by roda and no mention of any licence on them.

Licencia de obra - licence for building work (major or minor). As far as I am aware you need to obtain one for virtually any work carried out on you property.

just out of interest does anyone else who bought there pergolas from Roda ( and I know there are a lot of you out there ) have a licence ? I intend to do a bit of digging and I will keep you posted.
