Translation

   FINAL APPROVAL OF PROPOSED UNIT reparcelling action called "COUNTY ALHAMA II   !

Are they just keeping up the option or is something new going on ???

This is along side anouncements on Paramount.

 No this does not effect us, it relates to the land now owned by the banks formally known as "Condado de Alhama 2".

It appears that a company of architects in Murcia have applied for building permisson on one of the plots of land, at the moment we have no idea which plot of what they are requesting.  I have asked the administartor to contact the town hall and request this information.

Thanks Phil for the info.

Although it does not directly effect Condado, depending on What they are planning to build does.

i.e  Hardly want a crematorium or a Pig Farm next door.

Not wanting to be negative (just concerned). Hopefully you will post back here when the administrator hears back from

the town hall.

This translation makes so little sense and part of it relates to Paramount Park-which went elsewhere  and onto land that should have been a Golf Resort originally.

Its just a developer sussing out the land no doubt ,unless a developer for the Paramount park plans to build some of the Hotels and bus everone over to the Park?

I'd rather hoped someone would come onto CdA 1 and start building again- some villa's around the entrance facing the golf course and the Penhouses that were planned for  opposite the Jardines to over look the golf course . Then a few blocks of the Golf Suites wouldnt come amiss!! (my original purchase plan)

I reckon there will be abit of speculation until the Paramount Park becomes a definite and if it does I have fingers crossed we dont beome the poor neighbour and no further development takes place because we are perceived to be Polaris and developers want their own resort. However I'm not expecting developers to build something awful as  'arnoldandedith '  suggest although its not likely to be the 2 golf courses the Isla expected either.

Real truth is that apartment/villa development is so unlikely as Spain is suffering from such a glut of unsold properties and everything is truly dodgy right now financially (has anyone thought how they will be affected if Spain go the way of Greeece and Italy?)  but a Hotel complex and golf course- now thats a regeneration possibility!

I will try to find the website again and advise.  I couldn't make much sense of it myself.  As you rightly point it seems to relate to an original planning application in 2008 and then refers to a current application.  I initially thought that it was an original 2008 application that New Golf Properties had decided to resurrect and update the application for new builds on this property.  To be honest I'm not sure and don't wish to addfurther to any confusion in this respect.

I had cut and pasted two of the links from this site to google translate.  I'm not conviced that the information I posted ealier is not a cross between the two links on this site.  What I mean by this is that I cut and pasted one of the links initially and then cut and pasted a second link.  I would have thought that the second cut and paste would totally over-write the original cut and paste, perhaps the second cut and paste was shorter that the initial cut and paste and the google translate left the bottom half of the original cut and paste in place with the second cut and paste.  For someone who doesn't wish to be adding to the confusion, when I read this back I seem to doing just that!

Hi del007,

Think you have mixed up the cut and paste :-)

All the doc's are old ones, so the one for New Golf is the original from Polaris from 2008.

It looks as if there are plans to do something on the land, but unsure what at the mo.

Would of been nice if it was another golf course :-)
