San Jose's Latest Construction

 I  rarely post on this forum anymore,  nor do i even bother to read the threads these days but am still in touch with many buyers from Santa Ana so know what is going on

I just thought you would all like to know San Jose appear to be prospering and are now Constructing a new Massive  Commercial Centre by the toll at La Zenia ( just up from theoffices now owned by the bank), it is half built, so those of us who see it daily hope they don't run out of money & leave it in it's present state, like they have done elswhere.

Even if San Jose build Santa Ana, it will be half the promised development at the same price. Polaris world can offer 2-3 bedrm apartments on a Jack Nicklaus course with full facilities for 70-80K and it is likely you could negotiate on these prices. AND THEY ARE FINISHED PROPERTIES. I feel by saying the below should not give others hope for Santa Ana, just that they have moved on to another dodgy development. Why is anyone bothering with this builder?

This just proves why there has been so many problems, when people even mix the developer up with a 'main player' and reputable Spanish company.
Says a lot if correct.

Sorry to poke my nose in on this forum. I'm from the El Pinet but have had to move back to the UK. Not enough room to explain, and have put my property up for sale. Normaly I just look to see how you are getting on. Its out of my hands but we have some problems in common. It would be good to combine forces.

Hi Auntie Linda.. its been ages!  First time ive been on here in many months but when we were over at the house we were impressed with theLa Zenia build and saw San Jose as the builder's... presumably they've found money/investors for new business but not willing to honor previous committments.  Santa Ana looks more like a white elephant than ever.  sincerely hope your joint action comes to something.

Auntie Lindas better half here, Im afraid she got two companies mixed up the san Jose building at La Zenia is nothing to do with San Jose that never built at SantaAna, El Pinet, or Albertera.

We are not p[art of the joint action as we got out deposit back 18 months ago from our executed bank guarentee.
