And another year passes without completion! But this August we saw grass had been seeded around the pool in the upper part of the development. We are told it is simply a case of waiting for Estepona town hall issuing the certificate of first habitation but no one knows what the delay is all about apart from a guess at "too many developments to sign off". However the flats over the road have been built and people able to lie on lawns by the pool –all in the past year.
At least four people have completed at Galera Park anyway but this means the water and electricity comes from the developer, there are no phones and the lift in each of the houses cannot be put into commission. Nor is there access to the garages or any electric gates. These houses also missed out when a man in a van came to clean out the water pipes.
