106K for a 2 bed appartment on Arenal

I notice that the developer is selling a batch of 2 bed appartments on Arenal for 106,000 euros.  It looks decent value to me but was just wondering if there have been any major problems on the development?  Are there many people living there full time or is it mainly holiday homes?

We completed on our apartment on 26th October, just 1 month short of 7 years of putting down our deposit.  We got back from Spain Friday with our keys and completion pack - we are very happy.  

The ladies in the office didn't seem to have anything available for this price when we asked ??

Thanks for sending me the link.  If you can get a good located apartment for this amount - it is definately a good buy.   We have a very good position in the development.
