If you know this already then apologies.  Tonight I found out that our gardens are irrigated by an electronic timer situated below the green cover.  You are able to program this using 3 separate timing functions.  I had to reset the clock for a neighbour and then set the on time and then the duration (this is P1).  The one thing I did not know was that the battery only lasts a few months and ours had run out at some point in the past.  The battery is a 9V (the small rectangular one) so have a look and see if yours is still working.  Just take out the controller and flip up the lid.

yes, they are rubbish. do away with it and just turn the tap on manually.  We had three before we gave up with it.

hello

We are in the proces of buying a quarter villa in phase 2 in San Cayetano.

Is the garden irrigation system normally included in the price of a quarter villa?  Is there anything else we need to pay attention to concerning the finishing of the garden?

thanks in advance for any tips!

Yes, the irrigation system is included, but as I said before they are rubbish. Just turn the tap on manually or water with hose. When we bought our quad on phase 1 they came round and planted bush plants, thats all. Its up to you to get the rest of the patio done if you wish.

Thats all we did get out of Taray on phase one as we were promised a pool years ago when we bought, but still in early stages of construction and no one working on it. Dont listen to Taray lies.

 Regards.

We are on phase 2 and the irrigation appears to work OK and I am not aware of any significant problems. Its worth getting the patio extended as part of the garden is left un-tiled and gets very muddy when it rains. The plants that Taray put in are nice and you can add to them if you wish.

Regards,

Al

HI

We are also have a quad on phase 2; Taray put bushes to the sides of the property and also nice flowering plants at the front.  I agree with big Al that it is advisable to get the rest of the garden tiled. As to the irrigation we do not use ours as we are here permanent but the people I do know that use it don't seem to be having any problems

We are very happy here and Taray are sorting out the minor problems that we have had.
