Has anyone had problems getting their water heater sorted out. They were installed upside down, I believe. As I said back in September we were trying to get it fixed for when we went out in November. Still no joy. Toni Fernandez who apparently looks after problems owners may have is a waste of space. She doesn't take phone calls or answer emails. I still have had no joy.
It is a subject that my husband is going to bring up at the AGM, if we hear nothing before then, so if anyone else has the same problem please speak up.
