I may be wrong but just had correspondence back from our solicitor/lawyer/barrister and it seems to be of their opinion that even if you wanted to continue with the build they are not offering you a bank guarantee. Call me an old cynic but if they are not going to offer a bank guarantee where at least your money is then hopefully covered does this mean that either they cannot get them from any bank or once again ignoring what is a legal requirement.
Tony i know you have contact with almundena have they mentioned bank guarantees to you as part of the proposal and if they did not isuue any bank guarantees would anyone be mad enough to still continue?
