Looks like a list of outstanding taxes by people that have not  paid yet.   Tut Tut Tut

If you think you had a standing order to pay these (IBI I think) check the payment went through your bank.

Alternatively take your details to the office stated and they will tell your what payments are outstanding on your property.

You could try emailing them to find out, but I wouldn't hold out much hope on getting a reply (but you never know)

Hope this is of some help.

Arnold

All,

To be it looks like a notification that people should apply for the padron. although as far as I know it is only required if you reside either permenantly or the majority of the year in Spain.  I have discussed this with Mileniun who are checking with the townhall this morning.   Will post an update when I get it.

After searching through the list & seeing my name on it, I emailed my solicitor in Spain. This is his response (my name has High Notice Padron next to it)

"Your name appears on the list as your local Townhall has tried to contact you twice without success by registered letter.  By publishing your name in this official listing, the Townhall now considers you to be informed.  You are being notified by the Townhall that your name has now been written into their census (padron), nothing more than this. If you ever see your name with the wording "via de apremio", next to it, this means you owe money"

Hope this helps

Carla

Don't think you actually need a padron (unless you are buying a car) but it does give local council more money from the government based on number of residents under its juristiction.

All, I have received the following information from Victor at Mileniun:-

This could be a  very important document.

Depending of the “tipo de acto administrativo” you are in a different position, these mean:-

-          Owners that the document says NOTIFICACIÓN APREMIO, must contact the Town Hall as soon as possible or they are going to be fined with a 20 % on top of their IBI bill.

-          Owners that the document says NOTIFICACIÓN SANCIÓN, means that they have already been fined and they have to pay as soon as possible contacting the Town Hall.

-          Owners that the document says NOTIFICACIÓN ALTA PADRÓN means that you have obtained your pardon, nothing to worry about.

-          Owners that the document says PROVIDENCIA DE EMBARGO, bad news, they have had an embargo in their bank account for the money outstanding.

-          Owners that the document says NOTIFICACIÓN LIQUIDACIÓN, they have to query with the Town Hall how much they have to pay and when. Is the first notification for payment.

For the majority it is simply the notification of the padron, but if it states anything different next to your name, it is very important that all the owners on that list contact the TAX office of the Town Hall as soon as possible.

Check to see if you are on the list and your status at http://www.carm.es/borm/documento?obj=anu&id=395518
