I paid a deposit on Alhama and transfered to Terrazas after my contract with PW was cancelled by them . In the four years it was taking to complete my wife sufferd a heart attack and almost died . I was also suffering a cronic illness made worst by worrying about my wife . I was also treated for cancer , the good thing is I was given the all clear after a operation . Because of this we both had give up work . We asked if we could cancel and offerd to recompensate them or pay into PW charity . We were told we could not cancel unless we transferd to a more expensive property . We could not do this as we could not work and receaving no wages . WE contacted the director of PW and his staff offerd us good news with a persentage of our money back . We have waited and waited but this not forthcoming , We have been emailing , sending letters ,but none have been answered . Be very careful if buying on PW they say one thing and do another . My doctor ,my member of parliment ,have all wrote to them without answer . Be sure you are totally happy with what they offer before you sign , they can change the rules but you cannot .
