has any one completed in the last 3 weeks.We went out to complete on the 10th June all appointments made, we arrived at the solisitors office to be told that Peinsa had an outstanding morgae on our property.
We were told that the mortgage would be paid of the following day then the day after and this went on for a week they could not get the funds to pay it off so we had to give power of attorney for it to be done the following week we are still waiting.
the outsanding amout for them to raise was 30,000 euro and we have been told that the bank will not issue them any more money so we think it may be a mater of others completing to raise the funds but our worry is if there are mortgages on the all what happens next.
