It must be acause it’s yule tide Brian me old Christmas cake. But fair play ta yerself for stickin in there and keeping this radio station operational during this time a need.

Just had a telegraph message from his worship ole twigit, he asked me ta remind all of ya that it’s the season of good will to all men and women acause. His sageness also said that if there were any intemperate language being used then, by gum, it must be cut out immediately.
He also sed.....

Yer can be confident that I'm a genuine twigit fan and sadley not the old master himself, mores the pity. I’d never purport to emulate the great one and let me tell yer that almost every week we get a new member joining the “ole twigit appreciation society” A think yer might have an inclin to apply for membership yerself if I’m not too mistaken!! What say thee are yer ready to come on board?

Yo Twigit if I did not stand to loose around E 70,000 in all this .I could see the funny side . As is, I find it hard to laugh or see the funy side of your humour . If it was`20 or 30 grand I would walk away gladly . However there are principles involved here . Please respect .JA

Of course we are all upset at the thought of losing so much money but sometimes it helps to be able to have a joke and forget about the unfairness of life. This thread was set up for twigit and his fans to have a laugh, so if you don't like it, don't bother reading it. All the news goes on other threads, so you won't miss anything by ignoring twigit's tryst!

Tut tut tut Julie Anneity,
Glad am not around thee this Yule tide! I ave to say that its a pity that despite ole twigits plea not to use intemperate language that once again yev slipped into yer old ways. So, being as its Christmas an all that malarkey, I’ll set you a little conundrum in fact av set two little puzzles for yer to work out, see if yer can complete them both before the New Year (2009).
Oh! and just to complicate things a bit I’ve done one of the little puzzles in yer second language,just to mek yer think a bit and tek yer mind off the intemperate language!
