Apartment required 11 - 13 Dec and Property Managment services required for 2009

Hi,

I'm looking for a furnished apartment to rent for 2 nights in December while I come out and furnish my apartment.  If anyone has availability could they PM me with their rates.

Separately I need someone preferably onsite and preferably as close to Naranjos Jardine 8 as possible to offer a property management service (I'm planning to rent and arrange the bookings but need someone to keep an eye on the place, arrange cleaning etc) - if you could PM me with the services you provide then perhaps I can give you a call to discuss or meet up briefly in December.

As far as property management, changeover cleaning/linen changes etc, I can definitely recommend Carol (angelbabe911).  She is resident on Jardin 13 and is doing our key holding and rental changeovers etc.  She offers an excellent service at very reasonable rates and she is lovely to deal with.

We are on Jardin 7, Los Naranjos, and we  can also highly recommend Carol for key holding, cleaning and much more outside the service she is paid for.  We also have recommendation from Carol for a handyman, should you require one.  Please PM for any other details.
