Hi

This is the ist time I have used this forum and wasn't aware of it till last week when we visited our finished 2nd floor apartment. We feel we have been very naive with what was needed to get the apartment up and running. We got home today and are totally exhausted. We never want to see the inside of IKEA again. We found 4 plummes in Mathron very helpful and reasonably priced. A lot of the furniture can be delivered the next day which is very useful. What we weren't aware of was other residence renting each others properties while they cpmplete and try and sort their own apartments. This would have been a god send to us as we went with our two little boys. We are happy to rent our property out to others. Hopefully your experience will be a little smoother If you can stay in a fully equiped, clean property. Give us a shout if this would be of use to anyone.

Welcome to the Condado forum, and hope you liked what you saw when you were out there.  Personally I think PW should give all purchasers a note of this website as it is full of useful and useless information but it is all taken in good humour.  We for one have not met a lot of people from Condado but have made plenty friends on here over the last year and I am sure you both will to.

Hope to speak to you both again and can I just add that it would be advantageous for you both to read as many of the threads as possible, as you will find that most subjects have been covered over and over again.

Well done, you sound like you did well despite the odds.  You must put some apartment piccies on here because I am nosey.  Its a bit quiet on here at the moment - I think because some of the members are over in Spain.  

You will find pretty much everything on here though - including a few laughs!  Everyone just wants to help one another and create a really nice community spirit.

Welcome, we are going over tomorrow to start the furnishing process its very daunting, I have found so much useful information on here have printed it all to take with us. There is info on almost every topic (In fact I cant think of anything that has not been discussed)

You sound like you managed to get a lot done do put some pictures on its always good to see what others have managed to do.
Which Jardin are you on we are on 5.

Thanks for your comments. Can any one tell me how to up lift my photos onto the forum as this is the first time i have used a forum. Does anybody know where the best places are to advertise our property for rent. We are jardin 13. Goodluck to Sue hope you have a great time you sound more organised than we were.
