How about sending a collective letter to the paper to show that this couple is not an isloated case. Does anyone know if the couple use this site ? If not they might wonder if anyone else is around with the same problem.

Please dont get me wrong, I'm not defending Parador in any way but its HUMA that should have been slated in this article - they are the the cause of all this!
 Perhaps that link should be sent to the people at the TV companies that we have emailed before? Just a thought

No one has mentioned the Bank, all they have to do is pay out on the BG and that would be the end of the matter. Wouldn't mind betting it is CajaMurcia, from what I can glean they are the worst culprits, always promising and when it comes down to it their people dealing with the matter just happen to be on holiday, it's a wonder their branches are ever open the amount of "holidays" their staff allegedly take.
