ANYONE with a bg at present must be desperate for a property if they purchase at MCC or OTCC at present. Lets look at the present climate.
There is a credit crunch at the moment which could go on for 2 years. Off plan developers are not building,this is in England as well as Spain. developers are laying off workers everywhere.
So what if Huma are offering a discount. Cash your guarantee in and wait for OTCC to built then go in and you will still get a discount.
MCC are now being told there will be no commercial centre.A buyer from Manz 33 has taken Huma to court for having no promised facilities and no habitation certificate, they have apparantly won 60k. Read the site.
WHAT does this tell you about HUMA.
Now that Parador have gone into administration how will this affect Huma? They were apparantly partners?
These two companys have long ago creamed off the money and i can see huma folding then reinventing themselves in a few years when things pick up. What will they lose?
