Hi all - next year I will (finally!) be completing the purchase of a 2 bed ground floor apartment and a 3 bed penthouse apartment at Corvera.
I am however really concerned about the slow progress that Calidona seem to make in completing the resorts - ie the actual different phases, the golf course and hotel etc.
I just really wanted some opinions / views from yourselves as to what to expect over the coming 2 years or so. ie has it been difficult to rent out your properties, is the overall income better or worse than you expected, could you recommend any property management companies etc.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am visiting Roda at the end of this month and could take photos etc of how things are going if anyone would like - thanks in advance - Russ
