hello . owners an update to inform you that satellite systems have now been installed in blocks 5.6.7.11. . anyone completing in other blocks please let me know and ill install a system in that block . regards thomas

Hi Margo, Just checked my mobile for the number again and it is definitely that number that I have used to speak to Tom on numerous occasions. Try sending a pm he may receive it.

Hi everyone on Duquesa,
It's much the same over in Arenal Golf Benalmadena. We're also having trouble getting the promised TVs, although some of those who completed earlier than we did had them delivered back in early May. Our supplier is called Ali. We've phoned him numerous times since we moved in in March and he's promised delivery at the end of that week. He stopped answering his phone several weeks ago and now we get a message each time we ring saying that the line has been terminated. Despite several recent emails to the post sales office we've not had a reply.

Bantam, I did hear somewhere that Prienesur were sueing the supplier of the TV's, not sure if I read it on Eye on Spain or Manilva Life, or maybe it was just a dream! Do you know anything? It does appear strange that we have been promised legally in black and white a TV for early completion and yet six months after completion we are still awaiting the TV's. I know that we should be use to a long wait by now, considering how long we waited for the apartment, but it does seem as though something is amiss. I personally feel that Prienesur will stand by what they have agreed and that eventually we will see a TV, but when???

Soraya in our post sales office told us some weeks back that they may have to consider legal action against the supplier but don't know whether that has ever gone any further.
Completions are still very slow over here, although it looks like they have actively begun selling again, following a major tidy up of the site. Work on the clubhouse has also restarted, although we have no indication of when the gof course will come into use.
