The cheapest supermarket in Spain

I have found out today, after Prienesur have had my keys for in excess of 2 months that no snag fixing has been done on my apartment.  It also appears after talking to Juan that they still have not fixed the aircon.  We are out tomorrow so will try and sort something then.  Our solicitor has been informed.

Blimey! This time of year, you've got to have some aircon. Good luck with that. Hope you have a good time out there. Is anyone going to be out there August 20th?  We are still waiting to complete. We've been ready for ages, but it's slow, slow, slow......first one date, then another.  It's supposedly July 26th now.  Margo

Just arrived back all snagging completed whilst there,just waiting for that bloody tv.Apparently  Priensur have had to instruct there abogados to intervene with the people concerned in the delivery,I have been told this by my abog that the tvs have been paid for up front,not sure what to make of this ,Anyhow very happy all snagging has been done to the inside of apartment.The gates and exteriors still need painting,steps replacing were broken etc ,they are getting there.

hi wardy,  just got back.   will post some pictures but can't do it until early next week as i have left dad in charge of the camera out there.  was very sad again to come back to england.  All my snagging was completed and apart from the tv, i have nothing left on my list now.   Had a fab time, met up with a  few out there and had some fun.  I have a couple of live in neighbours and at least a dozen were there around my block at some points.

will post pictures of the road asap.  kerbs done down to roundabout today when i left, base lay of concrete on.  wouldnt like to say exactly how long now but maybe they'll be laying it later this week and dad will take some pictures for you if so
