advice & help moving to fuengirola spain

Afternoon all

So i have been thinking about maybe looking a tiny but further out of fuengirola as apose to the centre, mainly due to the fact that the rents might be cheaper?

Any ideas or advice? i know someone that moved to La Zenia 2 weeks ago and she said she pays 350 euro a month including bills i though she had found a brilliant deal?

Your geography is appalling if you think La Zenia is near Fuengirola! La Zenia is on the Costa Blanca near Torrevieja.

yes i know these places are nowhere near each other, i was just saying thats all, making a point that rents vary a hell of alot!

350 E a month in la Zenia inclusive of bills sounds too good to be true, unless it's a small apartment somewhere inland, 15-minute drive from the Coast. Even then E400/450 would be more realistic.

well she said its near to beach but thats about it for location, so could mean 15 mins away, didnt really ask, and seen the pic's, it's a house, own garden ect.
