Ambasun

Bad experience

Ambasun

They also operate in Bulgaria. A trip was arranged for me earlier this year. If I bought a property I would get my airfare refunded. That was in February it is now August - despite numerous promises no refund. I was given completely the wrong information on additional costs and  like having to get documents notarised and signed and an apostile attached  was completely missed. There  so called professional after sale service was a joke. I dont know whether they are as  bad in Spain but they are really unprofessional

Hi

I just cannot say how angry I am with Ambasun. I would not go near them with a barge poll. They have never telephoned us, they do not answer e:mails and they have never been of any help whatsoever. I would like to expose this company. I feel sorry for anyone who does business with them.

If I were you get them out of your life and your mind because life is too short to be so angry. One of the worst companies to be with. I make sure that I tell anyone I know not to go near them. Hopefully they will go out of business if people like us spread the word.

Having paid just over £60K in deposits over 12 months ago on a property at El Castillo we too struggle to get any information out of Ambasun. Following numerous telephone calls and emails we have had one report that really wasnt worth the paper it was written on.

They appeared very proffessional and friendly when they were showing us the property but once you sign on the dotted line thats it, no contact, so we have reverted to contacting the developer direct.

Ambasun seems to be starting a huge project in the North East of Brazil. Their HQ is supposedly in Birmingham.
This is the link I found: http://www.freeindex.co.uk/profile(amba-sun-investment-center)_120161.htm

Any info from people who have experience with this company, good or bad?

we bought from their costa blanca office and basically did all the work ourselves. not a pleasant experience and their after sales service is an absolute joke. they come round, make a list of defects, fax it to the builder and then get you to sign an agreement saying that they have done now and any problems you take up yourself with the builder. when i refused to sign it they said ok then no problem and did nothing !!! cant believe that they get paid for this service, my advice, use them to get a subsidised viewing trip but then dont sign anything and get in touch with the builder or seller yourself. beware, not very good at all... oh and make sure if you do buy something off them, that the property has planning permission. Ours didnt and its only after i asked to see it that they found out themselves that it didnt have planning permission.

I would tell any one to stay clear of Ambersun they try to help at first then when you move there is no after sales what soever

We decided to buy at la Tercia Real via abusun, an off-plan bungalow. We decided to go ahead with the purchase via abusun as we stupidly thought they were professionals and knew their way around the system in Spain - how totally wrong we were. We wish we had never heard of them - the most unproffessional company and people working for them under the guise of ambusun (I can't even bring myself to give them a capital 'A' - they're not worthy of it. We were eventually informed the builder would not be building so stupidly we expected our money back which we had paid for a deposit on the bungalow. We then found out how truly unproffessional ambusun are - they had'nt even obtained a bank guarantee for the money we had paid, but I had ring their Birmingham office and obtain some form of a receipt letter from them. I even had to tell the girl what to write in the letter - can you believe it?

We have now been trying to get monies owing to us for almost four years but with nothing to show for our efforts. abuson were quick enough to take our money, where has that gone? No satisfactory answers from them whatsoever.

We are pensioners and borrowed from the bank to pay the deposit hoping to sell our house to move to Spain. Because of abusun we are now paying back the monthly sum borrowed from the bank - no property in Spain and in debt to the bank. We can honestly do without all this worry at our time of lives- we have had many many sleepless nights through ambusun.

The more we think of this episode it amounts to fraud - there is no other word to describe what is happening via their company.

I hate the company and the unprofessional people who work for them and sincerely wish we had never heard from them.

Finally, can anyone help by giving us the name and address of the builders so we can contact them directly - any information would be most gratefully accepted.
