estate agents in spain

I have put my apartment in the hands of an estate agent in Duquesa. They are called Great estates, I have only had one person rent my apartment, which was completed in January. The lady rented for 1 month in May.She then stayed three weeks more, but i have great dificulty getting the money. Has anyone else had any problem with this Estate Agent? Would anyone know a good Estate agent in the area. Thankyou Pamela.
