Spanish vegetable stew
11 December 2009 @ 04:13

Yesterday, I cooked a vegetable stew, with: olive oil, onions, carrots, green beans, leeks, spinaches, vegetable stock and water. And this is the result :

I put too water in a pressure cooker. When the water was hot, I put a big onion, too chopped; after that, I put some carrots (5 or 6).Then, I leaved 4 thin leeks, 400 grams of green beans and 4 tomatoes --without skin--.I put salt and a little bit of olive oil. After 30 minutes with the pressure cooker closed, I opened it and I put the spinaches and I put everything on the kitchen, with the pressure cooker opened. The spinaches were natural ones; before they were boiled, I put a little bit of vegetable stock. After that, I let the spinaches to boil themselves.I stirred everything for several times. And, after some minutes, I moved the pressure cooker away from the fire.
