Today we are really happy to publish the first in a series of monthly podcasts recorded with Maria de Castro of Costa Luz Lawyers.
Maria answers the questions which have been submitted by our members.

Thank you both.
The answer about wills was clear and cocise. I now know that we need to make both a Spanish and English will.
The other answers were also useful.

Voting in a community AGM - Does The Unanimous Vote include the Proxy Votes held by some owners/representatives who are present at the meeting? As often the proxy votes tend to tips the balance. Many owners use these votes to achieve their goals without the proxies knowledge.

Sorry there does not seem to be an answer to questions 4 & 5. One of them is to do with wealth tax so I would really like an answer to that one!!!
