cant get my money back

I bought off plan but after 18 months to my horror the rep had conned me .My property was bought off plan i   was told near the sea ,as we have 9 children ,10 grandchildren and 2 great grand children .Some can drive and some cant .When i saw the property being built and where it was i asked the builder for atleast 3/4 of my money back ,as under Spanish law they can only keep 3/4 of my money but they have refused ,and will not even reply to me,IS THERE ANYONE READING THIS BLOG WHO CAN HELP ME  PLEASE
