A taxing cold

Not having a good couple of days so far. I seem to have been landed with both a stinking cold and a stinking tax bill.

I have no idea where either of them have come from so excuse me if I go a bit quiet for a couple of days as I really need to get them both sorted ASAP.

Oh what fun

I can sympathise, Justin. It´s over a year since I submitted my UK 2007/2008 self-assessment form online, and my bill has gone from just over 300 pounds initially (which I believed was incorrect) to over 2000 pounds...! I am still waiting for a reply to my last letter. It´s enough to drive you to drink copious amounts of vino tinto!
