Money raised through this auction will go towards the costs of some of the galgos GdS currently is looking after, having rescued them. Marisol's biopsy, Sofia's operation for her broken hip and the intensive treatment for Leishmania currently being given to Valiente,Ted and Mia.
There are so many Galgos and Podencos abandoned and roaming the streets already,and the Hunting Season continues until January. More and more will be abandoned daily,and their fate will be the killing stations or a slow death from injury or starvation.Galgos del Sol will do everything they can to help save them,but this means that they will be continually faced with the vet bills,to get these beautiful souls healthy again,and free from pain.
We all know that they cannot all be saved,but YOU can help more of them have the future they deserve before they become another victim of their uncaring masters.
