Galgos del Sol, Murcia, has its own educational programme. However, this year, they will be assisting Greyhounds in Need UK with their programme. Here you can see their booklet with the Galgos del Sol logo (GdS are very proud) at the bottom alongside other galgo rescues. GdS will now take them into schools where they hope children will have fun and also learn more about what they are trying to do for the Spanish galgo.
I wrote a blog here on 26 March 2011 about how GdS went to talk to a school about looking after dogs/animals etc. The kids loved it.
