We're always working really hard to bring you new and exciting features to Eye on Spain. We also make plenty of mistakes so we want to use this blog to keep you up to date with what's new (and what's wrong) with EOS.

Come and have a chat with Justin
Thursday, November 6, 2008 @ 3:12 PM

We're just trying out a new feature at the moment so that if anyone has an issue with the site, problems navigating it to enquire about advertising you can now chat to Justin directly on the site.

Just below the top menu is a link that says "Have a chat with Justin now".  If the icon is green it means he's available.  If it's red it means he's either playing pool or concentrating on something!

We'll see how it goes and see whether to make it a permanent feature.

I've just had a little practice but you are obviously playing pool, watching TV, boozing or one of the other pastimes that people with a life other than on the PC have. Catch you another time. Great idea by the way, particularly for those people who are never short of conversation, questions, requests, grumbles etc.,

Great idea.
How can I insert the same in our website?

Have I gone colour blind?!
What's it mean when the link is grey?!
Oh, I know, that must be when he is using his "grey matter, concentrating on his pool game"!
He he!

If it's grey it means I'm not here!

I clicked earlier & Justin asked 'how can I help you ?' I got such a shock I clicked on red cross. Do you know who is chatting with you straight away, do we need to explain who we are. Great idea as are other features.

No, I don't know who you are straight away unless you tell me! It seems to be quite a popular feature so we'll run with it and see how it goes...as long as it doesn't take up too much of my time!!
