Get Lisa's rentals ebook free...
Tuesday, October 14, 2008 @ 5:48 PM

In two weeks time Lisa is going to be launching her fantastic new ebook all about renting out your property in Spain and increasing your rental bookings.

We're really excitied and happy to be a part of this.

Before it goes public, Lisa would like to get some last minute feedback from just three EOS members who already rent our their properties.

If you are interested in getting a free copy of Lisa's ebook please send an email to info@eyeonspain.com and tell us very briefly about how you currently market your property and if you would like (or need) to increase your bookings.  Please use the subject line "Lisa's ebook review".

Thanks for your time.

Justin

Will we be able to purchase copies of Lisa's book via EOS? I will hopefully and finally get my property in El Pinet within a few months (or maybe I wont!!!) and have been planning on renting it out...if it ever finishes!

Interesting, as I was just talking about rentals a few minutes ago, In Fuengirola the owners STILL seem to have unrealistic expectations and are prepared to let the property remain empty rather than accepting a more realistic monthly rental. With hotels burning their rates it will soon be better value for me to stay in a hotel than rent long-term - crazy world.

Re Steve Hall´s comment, I look after several holiday apartments and the owners that are not flexible on rental do not get many lets, but the ones that have reduced their price to a more realistic level have had very good response and have been almost fully booked for the season. Just shows that less is more. Need to be realistic especially with the present financial situation.

I could do with some help re a frontline golf apt I want to rent out. I have had long term rentals from Spaniards via a UK person who manages my apt plus friends and relatives but having trouble getting more via advertising and rents are down to 200 euros a week for a 2bed 2 bath. Any better ideas gratefully received and look forward to your book

Sounds like a much needed tool for property owners. Hope you can included a guest book guide with a sample guestbook. Seems like a lot of owners don't realize that guests do appreciate a guide as to how appliances work, restaurants, places to visit, bus time tables and where to throw the rubbish to mention just a few necesary things to know about an area they are probably not familiar with. Good luck!

Really looking forward to this ebook. Hope it's not going to be expensive.

Even with lowered rents to attract more bookings, tenants expectations are still high. I am therefore hoping this book will include some advice on how to accomplish "luxurious holiday accommodation" on a budget.

I am about to purchase a house in Andalucia (exchange rates permitting) and would be very interested to see how to make the most of its rental potential. Initially, I plan to 'friendly rent' to friends, and friends of (family will be free if they send me a Xmas card this year), but the agent tells me there is July & August potential for southern Spanish who have moved north for work & return to their families' area (where accommodation may be limited) for the summer holidays. I want to tap that market, and also ensure I provide a great holiday experience for ALL the folk I let my home to . I hold an Oxford Masters degree in English and would enjoy reviewing your book. Many thanks & best of luck. BW
